I met Thais and Renato from The Foundation for the protection of the Nature of the Boticario Group, a perfume group from Brazil.

In order to reach more people, the foundation set up a program called : Responsible Gastronomy Program.

50 brazilian restaurants, more than 20 in Curitiba are engaged to respect 4 principles, or at least one of the 4 :

- Purchase organic products

- Purchase local products

- Ban endangered species from the meals

- Avoid Food Waste

A very nice initiative that raise awareness of the brazilian chefs
