Before leaving France last October, i was already thinking to meet Regina Tchelly from Favela Organica. And i did it !

Regina says that she is "a Cocinera do amor". It means that she gives love to people through her cuisine. And that's right ! Favela Organica is a project to show people of the Favelas that it is possible to eat organic, local and natural products in the Favelas.
