Logan Brown is one of the best restaurant of Wellington. I had lunch there, and i met Steve Logan who started the restaurant in 1996.

Steve wanted that his restaurant respects some environmental rules like buy local, organic, fair trade products, waste water as less as possible, or also compost organic waste.
