What a great meeting ! Gabriela is the Ambassador of the Responsible Gastronomy movement of the Boticario Foundation to Protect the Nature. Gabriela is totally convinced that we need to change our global food system.

In her restaurant, Gabriela proposes organic, local products and has set up a worm composting system that permits her to reduce almost 100% of the organic waste !

A very good place to eat and also rest in the garden.
